Search for Staging area to support Direct Housing Mission - TN 5 to 10 acers (+/-) of land or commercial/industrial, prefer a fenced area. Hard stand or paved parking lot An office building or warehouse {Located on the staging area site} Wrap around services and cleaning. WIFI internet availability {capable of having internet connectivity via fiber, cable, etc.).

Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
