Project Description: The Municipality of Penn Hills (hereafter referred to as the “Municipality”) and the Plum Borough Municipal Authority (hereafter referred to as the “Authority”) are seeking proposals from qualified independent rate consultants to prepare rate budgets, the year-end rate adjustment calls, and the periodic/yearly reconciliation calculation in accordance with the formulas established in the Intermunicipal Sewage Service Agreement between the Municipality of Penn Hills and Plum Borough Municipal Authority.
