Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) Extended Range (ER) FY25 Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot Advance Acquisition Contract

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Advance Acquisition Contract, N0001924C0062, to Alliant Techsystems Operations, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS)), for the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile – Extended Range (AARGM-ER) FY25 Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” per Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) No. 20-0470, approved by the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research Development and Acquisition (ASN(RDA)) on 17 December 2020 – redacted version attached to this announcement.
