SW-109 STREET MAINTENANCE REPAIRS 2027
The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by Bidders at 2:00 PM on Thursday,
October 22, 2026, for "Contract SW-109 STREET MAINTENANCE REPAIRS 2027", on the 3rd floor,
101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, North Carolina. This project involves the furnishing of all materials,
labor, equipment, tools, and other necessary items, unless otherwise specified, for the complete
installation of sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, C & G (concrete and granite), driveway aprons, asphalt,
stamped concrete and brick pavers at various locations where water & sewer repairs were
performed throughout the City of Durham.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE
Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6,
2026. The pre-bid meeting will be "Virtually" for which the details will be provided 24 hours in

LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must
include a non-collusion affidavit.
