SW-106C CEI Services for New Sidewalk on East Club Blvd.
The City of Durham will accept Qualifications submittals from Bidders until 2:00 PM on
Thursday, October 22, 2026, for "Contract SW-106C CEI Services for New Sidewalk on East
Club Blvd.". This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms (Engineers) to
provide inspections and ombudsperson services for new sidewalk installation.

PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE
The mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must
include a non-collusion affidavit.
