Description:
Poinsett Bridge was built in 1820 and listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Restoration involves repointing all mortar joints with historic mortar to match. Roadbed to be removed and replaced with waterproof membrane and engineered fill. Contractor / Subcontractor shall have proven experience with similar field quarried stone structures and rehabilitation projects. Field quarried stone experience is preferred.
