BD26-37 Last Chance Rabbitbrush Mowing - Loa, UT

Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Rabbitbrush removal by mowing with a bat wing-style mower or an equipment-mounted mower on a bobcat or skid steer on approximately 114 acres near Loa in Sevier County, Utah to be completed by November 30th, 2025.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: From date of award until November 30th, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
