FIRE REPAIR FACILITY LEASE
The City of Gloucester seeks sealed proposals, RFP 25145, for Fire Apparatus Repair Facility Lease. The City is seeking a lease for 1 year with the option to renew for 4 additional one year periods for a building suitable to repair Fire Apparatus. Additional requirements are contained in the RFP. Proposals are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Friday, May 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Proposal packages will be available by emailing
