Project Description: Davis County, Utah (“the County”) is seeking to solicit proposals from qualified firms to lead a process that will revise and update Davis County’s General Plan, Davis County Ordinance Title 14 and Title 15, and its Resource Management Plan (“the Project”). Qualified firms must have expertise in the development and implementation of planning and zoning ordinances and general plan work. All interested professional services firms are requested to submit a scope of work proposal identifying all tasks, deliverables, cost estimates, timetables, and personnel necessary to complete the Project. There are 3 identified parts to this RFP. (1) General Plan update, (2) Resource Management Plan update, and (3) updates to Title 14 and 15 of Davis County Code. Your proposal must include all 3 of the identified parts.
