Description

The City of Colwood (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a comprehensive budget software solution. The solution is intended to streamline the City’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This system must support integration with current systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and be adaptable for integration with a new ERP expected within the next three years (RFI 2025 ERP 04). The software must also enhance the City’s capacity for real-time, multi-user collaboration and ensure high data integrity and security standards.
