SOLE SOURCE-SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SUPPORT

The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (IHS) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service purchase order for Nutanix software license and support, a small business. The period of performance will be for one year (1) from the date of award. The acquisition is to provide an annual license and software support for the Pine Ridge IHS, located in Pine Ridge, SD.

This sole souce contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based on this vendor is the sole company with proprietary rights to the software currently in use by the Pine Ridge IHS.

The total estimated value is $92,000.00 The determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Goernment will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quotes or proposals.
