NSMJAWA will receive online bids for the STREAMWOOD BOOSTER PUMPING STATION GENERATOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT until 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 30, 2026.

NO paper copies will be provided by Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency [NSMJAWA] or the Engineer, Baxter and Woodman.

NSMJAWA will receive online electronic bids for the STREAMWOOD BOOSTER PUMPING STATION GENERATOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT. The work included in this Contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required to complete removal and replacement of the generator including removal of the existing diesel UST and connection of a new gas service at the Northwest Booster Station, as well as the conversion of the Chlorination Room into a washroom. And any appurtenant work required to make this a well-constructed project inclusive of all required safety measures and clean-up tasks to insure a successful project. The Contractor will work in a deliberate and safe manner. The safety of the Public, NSMJAWA Staff, Engineer, and the Contractor’s Employees is the TOP PRIORITY. The Projects will be constructed in a logical process by the Contractor with approval from Engineer and NSMJAWA.

There will be a non-mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 , at NSMJAWA’s Streamwood Booster Pumping Station, 1101 E Schaumburg Road, Streamwood, IL 60107. Potential bidders attendance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questCDN.com . Bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents andclick the online bidding button. NSMJAWA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. No paper bids will beaccepted.

The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance bonds, certificates and insurance certificates as required by the Contract. NSMJAWA has determined that this work is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Act.
