*Vendor must be within 10 miles of Madisonville Regional Police Training Center,
755 Industrial Rd, Madisonville, KY 42431
*Accommodate up to 30 students for lunch between 11:00am - 1:00pm, Monday - Friday
*Lunch will not exceed $15.00, including beverage, per student
*DOCJT will provide a sign in binder each student must sign in order to order lunch
*Vendor may invoice once per month or bi-weekly for meals purchased
*Vendor shall offer carry out option to students
This agreement will begin February 14, 2025 through June 30, 2025
*DOCJT will not be responsible for grutuity
