Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project consists of the removal of the existing dual duct system located on the 3rd level of the Losee building and upgrading it to VAVs with Reheat and building pressure controls. For this project, the General Contractor shall be required to use for their mechanical subcontractor a Mechanical Contractor from the DFCM Pre-qualified Mechanical Contractors List.
Construction Cost Estimate: $700,000.00
