Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services for Service Area 5

Project Description: The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) requests interested parties to submit sealed Proposals for providing Commercial Solid Waste Collection Services for Service Area 5 that will be an exclusive right to the awarded Contractor. The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for the billing and collection of Commercial Solid Waste Collection Services and disposal costs not being billed and collected by the AUTHORTY or its designee.
The AUTHORITY has applied a SBE Evaluation Preference for Prime Bidders and Team Participation. The Certified SBE Prime Proposer must perform a minimum of fifty-one percent (51%) of the contract and subcontract a minimum of twenty percent (20%) SBE Subcontractor participation on this procurement.
A Non-Mandatory PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2025, AT 10:00 AM EST in the SWA Auditorium located in the AUTHORITY’s Administrative Offices located at 7501 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL. 33412, open to all interested parties.
