Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of Washington Elms LLC, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Washington Elms Site Improvements Project Phase 2, at 131 Washington Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by LiRo – Hill, Corp. 529 Main Street, Suite 3303, Boston MA 02129.

The project consists of Demolishing and Replace with New Concrete Ramp at North Side and Add Alternate for the South Side Ramp

The work including the add alternate is estimated to cost $85,000.00.
