This shall serve as a notice to synopsize support from October 8, 2025 through October 7, 2026 for a total of 4,292 consumable NIINs/items in support of the KC46 Pegasus Commercial Common effort. The intention is to extend the priced option period two under the present l KC-46 Commercial Common Consumables contract SPRPA121D9001 (a 3 year base period with 2 ,1-year option period-updated to 1-2 year option period) which was awarded on 07 October 2020 as a subsumable against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract SPRPA114D002U P00119 with The Boeing Company, cage code 0PXV4.
The BCOI contract represents a performance based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46). This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering. This is a FAA certified aircraft. All of the items in the market basket have been certified as commercial items. A complete list of the items/NIINs is attached. The market basket for the initial contract was originally synopsized on 04 January 2019 on FEDBIZOPPS under synopsis notice SPRPA1KC46CommercialCommon. Subsequent Increments have been synopsized. This is the first synopsis for 1,352 of the items (not on the present contract).
The anticipated option will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support. Boeing will be required to fill DoD customer requisitions for the Stock Numbers in the market basket (NSNs) (See Attached Market Basket for this extension).
