Description
The City of Oakland is seeking a qualified licensed employee benefits consultant and broker for third-party administration services. The services include, but are not limited to employee planning, consulting and brokerage services in the areas of plan design, administration of contracts, plan renewal and the overall maintenance and administration of the City’s current and future employee health benefits, dental, vision, group term life, voluntary life, short term disability (STD), long term disability (LTD), flexible spending accounts (health care, dependent care, transit program) and other benefit programs. The term is for up to a two year period with an option to extend. The proposals shall describe how respondents’ expertise, experience, qualifications and management will guarantee the most responsive service.
