2026 Seal Coat Project

Project Description: SEALED PROPOSALS FOR SEAL COAT PROJECT will be accepted electronically via the PennBid Program https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by the Washington Township Board of Supervisors until 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 11, 2026. At which time all bids will be opened electronically with results displayed publicly on PennBid at 10:05 AM.
2026 SEAL COAT PROJECT
The Bid Form is included with the Bidding Documents for Reference. Bidders shall complete the electronic bid form within PennBid (“Prepare Your Submission” tab), inclusive of all required supporting documents. Bidding documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Messages/Vendor Discussions” feature in PennBid no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Washington Township.
The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract.
All work must be completed by August 21, 2026; liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $975.00 per day for each day beyond these dates that the work remains incomplete.
The Washington Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and/or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
