Project Description: The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into multiple contracts to provide flexible mastic asphalt crack sealing compound and other products.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is based on passing a technical threshold and a total score threshold.
Length of Contract is 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
Administrative Fee is .25% (one-quarter of one-percent).
