The Fire Department of the City of New York is seeking a qualified vendor to purchase Positive Pressure Ventilation Fans and Accessories Contract.

This solicitation is an M/WBE Small Purchase Procurement, being made in accordance with PPB Rule§ 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses (M/WBEs).

Purchase Order awarded under this solicitation will not exceed $1,500,000.00, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.
