City of Martensville - Centennial Drive North Upgrades - Phase 1

Upgrading a portion of Centennial Drive from 3rd Street North to MR57 from the existing rural cross section to an urban cross section. The project involves the following:
- Excavating the existing road right-of-way to the extend shown on the Drawings. Includes asphalt milling, topsoil stripping, and general excavation work.
- Placing approximately 5,400 square metres of base courses, including subbase and base. Additional base courses scope includes the removal and reconstruction of the gravel approaches.
- Placing approximately 5,300 square metres of asphalt pavement.
- Placing approximately 240 of vertical curb & gutter, as well as 270 of combined curb, gutter & sidewalk. Additional concrete scope includes concrete barrier curb, medians, depressed curbs & crossings, as well as accessibility ramps.
- Pavement surface markings.
- Extending the existing force main approximately 80m and relocating the existing force main outfall structure.
- Installing new storm sewer totalling approximately 450 linear metres, with pipe diameters ranging from 375mm to 1050mm. Additional storm sewer scope includes manhole and catch basin installation, pipe insulation, check valve, inlet and outlet structures, updating existing float controls and CCTV camera inspection.
- Removal of existing culverts within the area of work
