OVERVIEW:

The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for a road resurfacing project as a part of the city’s 2025 road resurfacing program. All work must be completed in 120 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

The BID package should be clearly marked “ITB PW 25-14 – 2025 ROAD RESURFACING PHASE 2” on its face and submitted by 12:00p.m. on August 22, 2025 12:00p.m. on August 26, 2025 to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your package to:

An optional, but highly recommended pre-bid meeting with a site visit will take place on August 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Public Works department located at 345 Lively Avenue Norcross GA 30071.

BIDS will be opened and publicly read at 12:05 p.m. on August 22, 2025 , 12:05 p.m. on August 26, 2025 at the address noted above.

No BID will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissions received after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm.

No BID may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the BID opening. Requests for withdrawals must be submitted in writing.  All BIDS shall remain firm for 90 days after bid opening.
