The intent of this solicitation is to select a qualified Team to provide Design Build Services for the Cross Prairie Parkway Connector from Nolte Rd. to Just West of C-31 Canal & NeoCity South Phase 1 Drainage Plan. The successful Proposer`s Team will provide Design Build Services for Cross Prairie Parkway from Nolte Road to C-31 Canal, NeoCity South Grading /Phase 1 Site Development, and Water, Reclaimed Water, and Sewer Utility design and construction.
The intent of this solicitation is to select a qualified Team to provide Design Build Services for the Cross Prairie Parkway Connector from Nolte Rd. to Just West of C-31 Canal & NeoCity South Phase 1 Drainage Plan. The successful Proposer`s Team will provide Design Build Services for Cross Prairie Parkway from Nolte Road to C-31 Canal, NeoCity South Grading /Phase 1 Site Development, and Water, Reclaimed Water, and Sewer Utility design and construction.
