The City of Trenton was scheduled to receive sealed bids through a fair
and open process on October 09, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. by the
Purchasing Agent, Isabel C. Garcia in the City of Trenton, Department
of Administration, Division of Purchasing, 319 East State Street, 1st floor,
Trenton, NJ 08608.
POTABLE WATER REMOVAL,TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF
SLUDGE RESIDUALS FOR TRENTON WATER FILTRATION PLANT
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED.
REVISIONS ARE BEING MADE TO THE SPECIFICATIONS.
DUE TO THE CHEMICAL LEVELS IN THE SLUDGE RESIDUALS GENERATED AT
THE FILTRATION PLANT, THE PLANT WILL NEVER MEET THE RESIDENTIAL SOIL
CLEANUP CRITERIA; BECAUSE THE CHEMICAL LEVELS WILL ALWAYS
EXCEED THE MAXIMUM LEVELS REQUIRED BY THE RESIDENTIAL CRITERIA.
A NEW BID WILL BE ADVERTISED AT A LATER DATE.
