The renovation to the building focuses primarily on the interior of the building and is not expected to impact the site in any significant way. The site appears to be sufficient to support the building, including adequate parking. All exterior elements are to remain and be protected from damage unless otherwise noted in the Contract Documents. 10/16/2025
