Interested contractors are required to contact Aaron Heath via email at aaron.heath@tananachiefs.org. to register and receive an RFQ packet. Registration will close at 1:00 AST, August 7, 2026. Proposals will be submitted via email to Aaron Heath by 1:00PM AST, August 31, 2026. The project documents can be viewed at www.tananachiefs.org/bids.

Scope of Work
Provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform required annual Service and Testing per NFPA 72 NFPA 25. The Contractor shall be required to provide Inspection Reports for each system inspected no later than Ten {10) working days of completion of each individual inspection. The Contractor must also report any deficiencies found
within 10 working days after inspections occur. The system inspection reports and deficiency reports are to be submitted to Aaron Heath at
aaron.heath@tananachiefs.org.

Contract Period
The contract start date shall be September 21, 2026 and expire on September 30, 2026, with the option to renew this contract for an additional One (1) year renewable options under the same Terms and Conditions.
