Addendum 1 for IFQ 1100 AGM1024
This Addendum changes documents associated with IFQ 1100 AGM1024. The following
changes are incorporated to the subject IFQ:
Question 1: Is the City requiring the exact CCI part number 728705238, or may technically
equivalent products be considered with supporting documentation?
Answer 1: Yes, the City is requiring the exact part number. No alternatives.
Question 2: Is OEM traceability or manufacturer certification required with the quote or only
upon delivery?
Answer 2: Yes, OEM traceability
Question 3: Does the City require the supplier to be an authorized CCI/IMI distributor, or may
the prime contractor source the OEM part through an authorized reseller?
Answer 3: Yes
Question 4: Is there a preferred delivery window beyond the lead-time information requested
on the quote sheet?
Answer 4: No preferred delivery window. Normal lead time is acceptable.
Question 5: Are there any commonly missed submission items you recommend vendors
