Marketplace for the Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) - UPDATE

UPDATE 8: The Army is currently reviewing the recent Executive Order, 'Eliminating Waste and Saving Taxpayer Dollars by Consolidating Procurement', to determine any potential impact on the Marketplace for the Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) contract vehicle.

In light of the ongoing evaluation, there will be a reflective delay in the Pre-Solicitation Meeting and the release of the Final Draft Request for Proposal (RFP). We appreciate your continued interest and understanding, and we will provide updates as soon as any changes or developments occur.

UPDATE 7: The Government is excited to announce we will be realeasing Draft 4 of the MAPS Solicitation early next week. This is the Government's last planned draft before the release of the final MAPS Soliciation.

The Government is also excited to announce that it will be conducting a MAPS Pre-Solicitation Conference, scheduled to be held via a MS Teams Live Event on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 10:30am Eastern. The purpose of this event is for the Government to walk Industry through each section of the draft solicitation. The Government will also answer some commonly submitted questions. This conference will close out with a virtual open dialogue for our Industry Partners to submit live questions that may be answered during the event. Registration for this event is open today and will close Friday, March 28th 5:00pm Eastern. The registration link can be found attached to this announcement. The official MS Teams invite will be provided to registered parties prior the event.

UPDATE 4: THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our first MAPS Industry Day. We had an overwhelming amount of support. Please see the attached Industry Day Slides and Attendee List. UPDATE 2: Due to the overwhelming amount of interest in our Industry Day, we have taken your feedback into consideration and have made the following changes:

-CHANGE IN VENUE, the general session will now take place at MYER AUDITORIUM (6555 Surveillance Loop BLDG 6000, APG MD 21005).

-CHANGE IN TIME, there will be one (1) GENERAL SESSION at 9:30AM. You will receive an email confirmation if you have secured an in person spot.

-VIRTUAL OPTION, we have added the option to attend virtually. There will be a separate registration link below.

-1:1s will be held at the original location (6675 Jayhawk Rd. APG MD 21005)

-IF you would like to change your reservation from IN PERSON to VIRTUAL please let us know by COB Wednesday October 30th.
