The Work consists of but not limited to demolishing existing secondary clarifier internal mechanisms and install new secondary clarifier internal mechanisms inside existing Secondary Clarifiers 1, 2, 8, 10, 11, which are 160-ft diameter tanks; performing cleaning, surface preparation/scarification, and installing full floor grout; surface preparation and coating of launders invert and walls; demolishing existing and install new electrical controls, conduit, and lighting associated with five new secondary clarifier internal mechanisms; demolishing six existing external secondary clarifier scum pump stations’ internal equipment and install new external scum pump stations’ equipment at existing Secondary Clarifiers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9; installing three new external secondary clarifier scum pump station wet wells and equipment at existing Secondary Clarifiers 1 and 2, 8 and 10, and 11; repairing miscellaneous vertical concrete wall areas inside existing Secondary Clarifiers 1, 2, 8, 10, 11, and existing Scum Pump Stations connected to Secondary Clarifiers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9. Contractor shall supply and install components necessary to provide a complete and working system. The project is located at Water Reclamation Facility, 9101 WRVA Road, Henrico, VA 23231.
