Project Description: FY26 MEA INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS - GENERAL CONTRACTORS (GC'S). The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demolish the existing locker room, showers, toilet rooms, office space and reception area and construction of the new locker room, men’s and women’s toilet rooms, shower facilities, reception area, adjacent office space, and associated plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
