On-Call Electrical Services

Traffic Signal and Street Light Repair

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests bids for ON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive bids in the office of the Public Works Department, 520 S Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Jim Thompson, Operations Superintendent Internal Services, up to the hour of 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard), November 13, 2025.

2. The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Notice Inviting Bids (which is attached). Copies of the Notice are available at the Public Works Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices . Any questions should be directed to Public Works, at publicworks@cityoftracy.org no later than 4 p.m., November 7, 2025.

3. Bids shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED BID FORON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET LIGHT REPAIR – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
   

4. All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which bidder best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate submittals are set forth in this Notice.
   

5. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or waive any irregularities in any submittal, this Notice, or the submittal process.
