The 366 Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires the replacement of projectors and screens, the ceiling speakers, and additional microphones, to include installation and onsite training of event center personnel on all equipment IAW the specification sheet.
- SITE VISIT MANDATORY -
If you plan to attend the site visit on 28 July 2026 at 10:00am, you must submit your completed installation access paperwork (SFS Form 30) no later than 11 AM MST on 27 July 2026 to calix.delgado@us.af.mil and katelyn.lauzon@us.af.mil.
We will meet at the Event Center. A map is attached for your convenience.

52.237-2 Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation.
The Contractor shall use reasonable care to avoid damaging existing buildings, equipment, and vegetation on the Government installation. If the Contractor’s failure to use reasonable care causes damage to any of this property, the Contractor shall replace or repair the damage at no expense to the Government as the Contracting Officer directs. If the Contractor fails or refuses to make such repair or replacement, the Contractor shall be liable for the cost, which may be deducted from the contract price.
