FY25-FY26 (Last signature of both parties through 12/31/25) Temporary Staffing Services to provide a part-time Medical Director for the Elisabeth Ludeman Center. The contractor shall screen and present an Illinois-licensed physician to provide temporary services to the Ludeman Center to ensure adequate and competent coverage. The physician serves as the Medical Director and supervises medical staff, maintains overall quality of clinical care, and develops and implements policies and procedures. Routinely, part-time work hours will be approximately 20-32 hours per week, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. The total hours are estimated and are not a guarantee of what will be required. An all-inclusive hourly rate (which includes malpractice insurance coverage) will be used in billing for services provided.
