Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at Public Works 1700 N. McAree Rd., Waukegan IL 60085 until April 29, 2025 at 9:15 am Central Standard Time (CST) for:

2025 MOWING CONTRACT – WEEKLY Re-Bid

This will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. RFP’s will be opened at Public Works, 1700 N. McAree Rd., and Bid Proposals will be due April 29, 2025 at 9:15 am.

Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words:

2025 MOWING CONTRACT – WEEKLY Re-Bid

Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan, 1700 N. McAree Rd., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:15 am on April 29, 2025.

Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
