Arkansas State University Three Rivers issues this Request for Qualification to obtain responses and a contract for a qualified architectural firm to provide planning for the completion of the renovation of the Workforce Building, formerly El Parian Restaurant, located at 823 Martin Luther King Blvd., Malvern, AR 72104. This project includes converting the former restaurant to classrooms and office space, with a total budget of $2,900,000.00.
