- Summary:AlexRenew is accepting applications from potential contractors to bid on the Centrate Pre-treatment (CPT) project. The purpose of this solicitation is to determine which Applicants are qualified to construct the Project. CPT Project will upgrade the CPT system capacity based on an annual average flow rate of 58 MGD and provide upgrades to simplify the system operability and maintenance. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of existing equipment with wall-mounted baffles, aeration panel diffusers, positive displacement blowers, decanters, submersible pumps, external fed wedgewire screens, and Anammox retention screens. Other work includes expansion of a mezzanine area, HVAC relocation, aluminum stair relocation, demolition of the supplemental carbon and nitrogen generating systems, and demonstration and commissioning of the new CPT system. The estimated construction cost for the CPT Project is $6,600,000 and scheduled to be complete by the 2nd quarter of 2026.
