The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced
standards for the rehabilitation of the existing tennis courts located in Cushman Park, 164 Green Street,
Fairhaven, MA 02719. Work shall include but not be limited to the removal and restoration of existing
defective repairs, repairs to new existing cracks and deficiencies, installation of fencing between playing
courts and surface line court painting to define the new playing surfaces for both tennis and pickleball
users. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications meeting industry standard and
as directed by the DPW Highway Superintendent and or their designee.
