Project Description: Renovation of 2nd Floor Student Center Bathrooms at St. Louis Community College Forest Park. Project is to be done in phases.
• (Optional) Pre-Bid Meeting on August 27th, 2025 at 11 am at TCO25 (Transportation Center Building in Forest park - 5475 Highland Park)
• Submit sealed bids by September 9th 2025 at 2pm local time at TCO25 (Transportation Center Building in Forest park - 5475 Highland Park)
• Work to begin on or about September 29th with a time completion of 4 months. (February 1st, 2026)
