The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning services for Oil Water Separators, Grease Traps, and Exhaust Hoods and Ducts to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka Japan.
Prime Contractor and/or Sub-contractor shall have valid licenses/permits of applicable industrial waste issued by the local, prefectural or national Japanese governing authority for collection/transportation and disposal of applicable industrial waste under this contract, and must have a valid waste business license for collection and disposal work required by Government of Japan (GOJ), and the law concerning waste disposal and public cleanliness.
