Replace surveillance cameras at various locations throughout Shenandoah National Park (SHEN) in Virginia

PROCURMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using best value as the source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13. Accordingly, we are requesting you review the information within the solicitation and attachments.

SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation.

NAICS CODE: 238210; Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, size standard of $19M.

MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.

WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon General Wage Decision Number: VA20250008, VA20250168, and VA20250014. Construction Type: Building

DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed; the period of performance is negotiable.
