Project Description: The City is seeking qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals that comply with the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Project No. NR-26-D0 – This project includes the rehabilitation of two existing storm sewer lift stations #67 and #68 located along Southeast Cass Water Resource District’s (SE Cass) Drain 27, approximately 900 feet south of 44th Avenue South. Additionally, there is a storm sewer culvert removal and storm sewer reroute adjacent to SE Cass Drain 27 at 44th Avenue South. The project design for lift stations #67 and #68 will take place during 2026 with construction occurring in 2027.
