All proposals become the property of The City of St. George. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select proposals deemed to be in the entity's best interest. The City reserves the right to negotiate to determine the firm's or individual's choice to do the necessary work.
Project Description: The City of St. George is requesting proposals for the complete replacement of three flights of stairs for the hydro tube at the outdoor City Pool facility located at 250 E. 700 S.
The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all SUBMISSIONS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
