The Contractor will provide bus transportation for NYC Parks summer camp participants to and from Agency Recreation Centers. Recreation Centers are in each of the five boroughs, and the Contractor may be required to transport participants between boroughs.

This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the CSB, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. Doing so will take one to the public portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the CSB, insert the EPIN, 84626B0070 , into the Keyword search field. In order to respond to the CSB, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so.

The Bid Opening date will be on April 29, 2026 at 3:00pm . The Bid Opening will be accessible through a Microsoft TEAMS call. Please go to Passport link in attachments and download the attached Bid Opening Information for links to attend.
