This is a solicitation for a deep cleaning of the 2nd floor of B8030 at Dyess AFB. Please reference the RFQ document and attachments for all information regarding this requirement.

Amendment 1: Feb 05, 2026 12:26 PM CST, Administrative update only. Correct the 7 CONS office code in SAM

From FA4661 7 CONS LGCP to 7 CONS CD.

Amendment 2: Feb 10, 2026, Updated the following:

A. Add a description for Amendment 1.

B. Update the following on the RFQ

1. RFQ Page 2 Deadline for Date Offers Due has been changed to 16 February 2026, 5:00 p.m..(CST)

2. RFQ Page 2 Deadline For Questions: Please submit questions by 11 February 2026; 2:00 P.M. (CST)

3. RFQ Page 3 Delivery The Government desires delivery to be made according to the following schedule completion within 30 calendar days After Contract Award.

C. Add Attachment 4: Q&A.

Amendment 3 (Feburary 12th, 2026): The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Add "FA466126Q00110003 Question and Answers" document.

2. Revises FAR 52.211-9 in RFQ document (FA466126Q00110003)

NOTE: Attachment "FA466126Q0011 - RFQ REV 1 - amend 2.pdf" was added in amendment 2 and was replaced by the updated FA466126Q00110003 in amendment 3. Due to system error, this attachment is still showing on the post on SAM.gov, but it cannot be accessed. Please disregard this document and do not use it to formulate an offer as it is not the most valid solicitation document.
