Description

The Federal Aviation Admintiation, E-Corp is conduting a Market Survey to improve the Government's understanding of the curretn marketplace for a High Torque, Oil Submerged Actuators that meet The Buy American ACt as outlined in Executive Order "Ensuring the Future is Made in All of American by All of America's Workers" issued January 25, 202, placing additional emphasis on using Federal procurements to maximize the use of goods, products, and the materails offered in, and servies offered in, the Unitied States.



1. Responses to theis Market Survey will be used for informatinal purposes only.



2. This is not a soliciation for proposals. No contract shall be awareded, nor will reimbursement be made for any cost associated with provdiing informaiton, in response to this accouncemnt.



3. Any cost associtaed with the Market survey submittal are soley at the interested vendor's expense.



The FAA is seeking sources or information for specific equipment as follows:



Electric actuator to control valves that require high torque.





Actuator Type: Prop. Or floating



Connecting actuator to valve needs: Valve body & AV linkage



Potentiometer: Yes, 100 ohms resistance



Volts (60 hertz): 120



AMPs: 0.9



No Load Timing (seconds): 135



Rated Torque (lb – in.): 800



Travel Limit Switch: 180 degree reversable



Aux. Switch: SPDT



Ambient Temp Limits (Fahrenheit): -40 to130



Built In Transformer: Yes



Offeror’s response to this announcement shall include the following:

All questions and comments must in writing (electronic email responses are acceptable), and no telephone calls will be accepted.
