The Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project"). In brief summary, the Work is comprised of but not limited to the Commissioners Transfer Station Windows Replacement and Salt Bunker Construction. |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
• Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certification, as per Part 4 Form B Section 3 requirements.
• The Supplier must have successfully completed, including testing and commissioning, and must have achieved Substantial Performance, within the meaning of the Construction Act, for a minimum of three (3) projects within the past five (5) years. Each project must have had a minimum construction value of seven hundred fifty thousand Canadian dollars $750,000.00 CAD, excluding taxes. The Supplier must have self-performed a minimum of forty percent of the Work on each project (i.e., must not have subcontracted more than sixty percent of the total scope), acting in the capacity of the General Contractor. Collectively and/or independently, the Supplier’s project experience must include successful completion of each of the following project types: 1. A minimum of one (1) Replacement and Rehabilitation of Exterior Windows project; 2. A minimum of one (1) Cast-in-Place Concrete Structures Rehabilitation within an Operating Facility project; and 3. A minimum of one (1) Staged or Phased Construction Activities project. |
