The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
2.1. The Vendor will be contracted to safely remove, ship, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials (waste) from the GPO Central Complex, located at 732 North Capitol Street, NW, Washington, DC 20401. The vendor shall properly ship the waste to an EPA approved incinerator and/or landfill for disposal. The contract will commence on or about the contract award date and have a three-hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar day performance period. The performance periods shall consist of one (1) Base Year, with potential award of up to four (4) Option Years. Work shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
2.2. The Vendor shall furnish all properly trained labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to properly pack, label, transport, and dispose of the hazardous and non-hazardous materials identified in Section 3, as seen below, from the GPO facility. All pick-up, transportation, and disposal actions will be in full compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request
