Description
Georgia State University (GSU), (Owner), A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor services (CM at Risk, Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build) for certain construction projects at Georgia State University. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services.
GSU is responsible for procuring and administering the Task Order Contract(s) for limited services for construction projects in support of Georgia State University (GSU). A contract will be issued for an indefinite amount of ¿as needed¿ construction orders named ¿Task Orders.¿ Each Task Order consists of a Task Order Agreement, with attachments, together with the master Task Order Contract.
