Bid 25-14 Small Construction Services for Projects Under $100,000 (Annual Contract)

The intent of these specifications is to solicit formal sealed bids from qualified firms to establish primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary and quinary contracts, through competitive bidding to obtain small construction labor. Services will not be limited painting, small roof repairs, and drywall repairs. Services will be based on the needs of the District and any emergency situation that could potentially arise. The resulting contract will be primarily used by and administered by the Maintenance Department of the Savannah Chatham County Public School System for projects with a budget of under $100,000.00 per project, as assigned by the Savannah Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) or its representative as detailed in the specifications in Attachment A.
